Tratic Foundation International, in collaboration with the Consulate of Zimbabwe in Cape Town, is bringing an important birth registration outreach programme to the Garden Route.
This initiative is aimed at Zimbabwean parents living in South Africa whose children were born in South Africa and need to be registered for Zimbabwean birth certificates.
For this special outreach event, representatives from the Zimbabwean Consulate in Cape Town will travel to the Garden Route to assist parents and families directly — helping to make the registration process more accessible without families having to travel to Cape Town or Johannesburg.
The Birth Registration Drive will provide assistance with:
- Registering eligible children born in South Africa for Zimbabwean birth certificates
- Supporting Zimbabwean parents with the birth registration process
- Providing direct assistance from representatives of the Zimbabwean Consulate
- Bringing essential consular services closer to families in the Garden Route
