About the Founder
Tracy Tichivangani is a passionate community leader, humanitarian, and the founder of Tratic Foundation International. Based along the Garden Route, she has dedicated her life to uplifting others through compassion, action, and empowerment.
Originally from rural Zimbabwe, Tracy’s journey is rooted in resilience. Having overcome poverty and hardship, she carries a deep understanding of the challenges many individuals and families face — which fuels her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Tracy has built a successful career while consistently giving back to her community. Her work spans a wide range of impactful initiatives, including supporting vulnerable families, empowering women, assisting those in crisis, and advocating for health awareness and social change.
She has been actively involved in humanitarian efforts across the George and Knysna areas, including coordinating donations for communities in need, hosting empowerment gatherings for women, and volunteering her time to care for the elderly.
As the 2024 Miss Pearl Ambassador, Tracy continues to use her platform to inspire hope, drive change, and bring people together for a greater purpose.
Through Tratic Foundation International, her vision is clear:
to create opportunities, restore dignity, and empower individuals to build better, more sustainable futures.
